Insights Discovery Workshop
An Insights Discovery Workshop is typically a half day or full day and can accomodate small and large groups. There are three main learning pillars:
- Understanding Self (increase individual self awareness)
- Understanding Others (increase understanding of other styles and recognizing type and various adaptation technniques)
- Undestanding the Collective (leveraging collective intelligence and understanding group strengths/weaknesses and blind spots along with patterns of behavior under stress)
Agenda: The framework agenda is below and is ALWAYS customized for a group’s specific learning needs. An assessment and interview process beforehand will be conducted to ensure that the workshop design is most fitting to the your goals and objectives.
Pricing: There is a per person price of $315 that includes the Insights Discovery profile and all materials.
Facilitation ranges from $3,000 – $5,000 depending on the scope, design, customization and length of work.
- Included in the service is an on-going partnership to provide you with on-going tools, exercises and coaching to keep Insights alive with your team and to continue the learning. I will provide you with a minimum of 12 different exercises/tools to use on your own with the team to reinforce learning. (one a month.)
There is also a one time $350 fee to analyze group energy – a critical and “insightful” piece of learning that help groups identify their collective energy preferences and the strengths and weaknesses associated with their particular profile.
Other Things You Should Know:
- Pre-work is required or each participant. Each person must fill out an on-line evaluator that takes 10-20 minutes to complete.
- The evaluator produces a 23 page personal profile for each team member. The facilitator will bring the profiles to the workshop.
- Post-program workshops can be developed for your team to reinforce learning and meet specific needs. It’s very common for teams to conduct 2-4 workshops a year to deepen learning and enhance skills.
I mean, not just checking things off a to-do list or focusing on an employee survey score and raising it. This is about really feeling a sense of awe because together you did something different this time. You found the high leverage points to achieve success. You had real conversations with your co-workers that inspired creative thinking. There was no fear of conflict and you eliminated surface talk. It can happen. It does happen. Are you up for it?
