Education and Team Learning
Education & Program Offerings:
My educational programs are catered to meet the specific learning objectives of the group. All offerings can be formatted for a 1/2 day session – 3 full days. My subject matter expertise is in effective and difficult conversation, increasing self awareness and emotional intelligence, and improving team effectiiveness. Some examples of offerings are below:
- Communications & Conflict Management: learning how to deal with difficult conversations and conflict, increasing effective communication skills
- Personality assessment tools: Insights Discovery (Jungian based) for understanding individual, team and cultural personalities (several modules and topics including stress management for type, increasing emotional intelligence, working with difficult people or opposite types, overcoming blind spots, Transformational Leadership and several others)
- Improving Team Effectiveness, including the 5 Dysfunctions of a Team process
- Dialogue and Collective Intelligence Practices - learning how to facilitate better meetings and discussions along with learning how to leverage a group’s collective intelligence more effectively and naturally

I mean, not just checking things off a to-do list or focusing on an employee survey score and raising it. This is about really feeling a sense of awe because together you did something different this time. You found the high leverage points to achieve success. You had real conversations with your co-workers that inspired creative thinking. There was no fear of conflict and you eliminated surface talk. It can happen. It does happen. Are you up for it?
